Total agreement on the "each day at a time" thinking....so hard for we insomniacs who generally obsess, worry and fall into all-or-nothing type of thought processes. Liked what Hope said in a post about it not being a one shot deal(cure) but a choice of options to be dealt with continuously. I always thought that if I reverted back to negative thinking(a few scary ones I was having in particular) that I was too weak to handle things and somehow less than those who seemed to go about their merry ways. The confidence thing is a continuous struggle. Anyway, congratulations on your courage and I pray you reach your goals!!!Am at the bare minimum of my taper and just don't want to rush it as in the past and regress!!!
