Sleepy, just a thought, that you should restrict drinking liquids after 6:00PM. Perhaps that would reduce the nighttime trip to the john. I know that there are lots of other reasons for nighttime bathroom trips (some of which I have suffered from in the past--fibroids, menopause). Strangely enough, even though those reasons still exist, on 7.5 mg of remeron I sometimes don't awaken at all, or once at the most. But of course, when I had total insomnia I didn't have to worry about awakening to visit the bathroom--GGG.
