Sleep Rebound

Hi! I'm new here, just like to find out if anyone knows how long sleep rebound will last? Weeks? few days? or depending on how long I have been on sleeping pills?
Does anyone here take sleeping pills EVERY night here? I do. and I seriously wanna get rid of this bad habit.
