Thanks, Friend! Ditto! I will get those books. I think I will have the vacation time and be in the right mind-set after this summer. That is my goal. I'll take anti-d's to avoid the black thoughts. But I know what they will do to me, and I am not ready to take them yet. However, I am resolved to get off Ambien before next year so if I start in Summer, I should be free by Fall and celebrate a new year off all meds! :) I enjoy hearing from you... thanks for your kind words!!!
