Hi! I found that if I take a multi or the Omega Fatty Acids supplement any time from the afternoon on, I will stay awake, even if I take Remeron. So I make sure that I take it early in the morning. FYI: I usually drink milk with breakfast and learned that milk inhibits the iron in the multi and since I'm anemic, this was a problem. Since I learned this 2 weeks ago, I thought I would share!
