I am a 25-year-old female and haven't been able to sleep without a sleeping aid in 4 years. I now take 5-10 mg Ambien a night, in addition to 3 mg of melatonin. I am desperate and going to a sleep specialist/clinic on June 4 for my first time. After a rough night last week my family doc put me on Zoloft. I don't think its had any positive affect on my sleep. Who knows. I can't wait to go home and rest.
