Hi David, thks for your reply. I'm currently on Imovane 7.5mg. I used to be able to doze off to sleep just taking 1/3 of the tablet, recently I have to increase to half a tablet and now one full tablet.

I really hate the thoght of relying sleeping pills to fall asleep so I wanna get rid of this habit plus the cost of medicine is quite high.

I have been on Imovane for abt 5 mths.

Can you tell me how you do it?
