Hi there Aussie Girl, I have enjoyed reading your posts. Here's hoping this works for you! This is going to sound kind of sill but, you know the statement, "I think, therefore I am"? Well, I keep thinking "I think I sleep, therefore I do sleep." I guess what I am getting at is there is a world of truth (for me, anyway) about the anxiety of it all. Don't feel like you're copping out! This is supposed to be an insomnia forum for everyone and all their methods. It's not a cure-all, one-size-fits-all sleep restriction support group! Don't beat yourself about stopping SR. Do what is best for you at the right time for YOU!!! Cheers!
