I am doing my college writing reasearch paper on how Insomiacs deal with thier insomnia, because I thought it was something I was knowledgable on but I'm finding a lot that i didn't know about. If anyone has any good info could you please share it with me this is my final for the class and it's really important to me. Thank you.
