Posted by lily on April 17, 2002 at 00:35:11:

HI guys,
im relatively new to this forum but
i have been having insomnia for 3 years!!!
i know thats not a relatively long time
but i am a student.
well, i took a year off from school bc
my sleep has been terrible, i am currently
taking ambien, i have been taking it every
day for 3 years, and now it is becoming useless
bc i am gaining tolerance to it, my parents
want me to get off the meds before i go to
school again, so i am thinking of doing
sleep restriction, but i am really discouraged
bc sleepy aussie girl said that it didnt work
for her, can people please tell me any success
stories and how they are doing?? thanks a bunch!!!!
