SERATONIN

Hi everybody,

Iwould like to express my positve experience about Seratonin by NATROL.
I am insomniac about year and a half and I tried a lot of over the counter medications and Sonata which was prescribed by my physician recently. Nothing helped me better than Seratonin which is natural supplement and I started to take it a few days ago. I read a lot of articles about it and I really couldn't see anything against it and I couldn't see any bad sideeffect.
I just take a capsule half an our before I go to the bed and I really fall asleep easely.
Does somebody have any experience with Seratonin?
Can I be dependant of it?
