Musical Insomnias

Posted by Gina on April 18, 2002 at 06:50:25:

Hey,

Anyone else have rotating, musical insomnias? I started out a couple of months ago with not being able to get to sleep. Now that's fine and I can even wake up once or twice (going to the bathroom a lot due to pregnancy) and get back to sleep fine, but now I'm waking up early & not getting back to sleep--ugh!

Anyone else had this problem? The only thing I can think of to do off the top of my head is to get more sunlight late in the afternoon, since getting more light early am helped my sleep onset. Any other ideas/experiences welcome. This is a great forum.

Gina
