I have had chronic insomnia since age 48 and now I am 63. 2-4 hours when I am lucky! Last night 0. It gets very depressing. I do not function at even 50% anymore on any level. Doctors have no answer. They thought it was depression. I took pills for that. No relief. Sorry no help.
