Hi Paul,

I'm glad to hear that your sleep has improved and that things are going well for you. Your success story provides hope for the insomniac(myself included) that is still stuggling. Your enthusiasm
and energy motivate me to hang in there and keep plugging away.

The naps and lack of discipline in following s-r, have definitely slowed my progress in improving my sleep. Like Ellie, my sleep has been very light
and non-restorative. It is very tough to get motivated and moving when you're this tired. I work between 10-12 hours a day and it is real hard to stay up until my designated sleep time, but i have to or my sleep will suffer everytime.

I don't have the time to follow and participate in this forum like i used to. Once again, i'm glad that you have joined Lynne,Beth,HopeMaster,JoAnne,Jack, and Cassidy and all the others on this forum that have overcome their insomnia and helped the rest of us that are still struggling with our insomnia. God Bless.
