Had to go back on Ativan because my problem

is physical. Since I had surgery to remove nasal polyps the only way to fall asleep quickly before my nose fills up with mucous is to take an Ativan (.05mg).
To explain this more I take the ativan and then shower and then irrigate my sinuses and hope to fall asleep before the nose refills with mucous. I need to fall asleep quickly and the Ativan does this for me but I wish I could fall asleep quickly on my own (no Ativan) before my nose gets stuffy.
