An active mind .....

Posted by Jimmy_C on April 19, 2002 at 01:19:28:

Hi fellow insomniacs

I have had insomnia since I can remember.
I seem to go through good spells and bad spells. My main problem that stops me getting sleep is that I cannot stop thinking - I have an extremely active mind. Last night my mind was racing as I was dumped by my g-friend - this is understandable but normally I cannot stop thinking about useless rubbish ie work, a song that can't get out my mind etc.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to relax the mind - ie relaxation tapes.

Your help would be appreciated - remember if we work together we can beat this bloody 'disease'.

Regards,

J (UK)
