Hi, Ive been having sleeping problems for over a month now. I really think its stress related .. especially with the Allergy season coming up (I am v. allergic to dust/pollen)
My doctor gave me Ambien 10mg. I hate eating the tablet (just break it in half) One sleep doctor recomended Benadryl (50mg strength) I haven't tried that yet. Anyone else having this problem?
