I see that many people have had success with sleep restriction. I've tried it myself, recently, although I haven't had the greatest discipline in sticking to my wake up time - which I will do from now on (I promise myself).
I've been allotting myself 6.5 hours and was wondering if that seems like a decent amount of time? Does anyone restrict themselves to less? Like a lot less, 6, 5, or even 4 hours? Just curious, I think I remember 6.5 hours being mentioned in Weidman's books. BTW: I don't get any deep sleep, like so many people here, but I've seen that sleep resriction even works for those people.
