Excellent advise. Over the years, I have also learned that relaxing about not getting enough sleep is the best thing you can do. One conflict I have is this. Reading Dr. Wiedman's book, along with many others, the recommendation is to get out of bed if your're up for more than 20 minutes. Deepak Chopra, in his book "Restful Sleep", recommends lying in bed and just relaxing. That this alone will give you the rest you need. I really hate getting out of bed and often struggle with the two ideas, what do you think?
