Gerbil is a nick given to me by my friends because of my daytime cat-naps I find impossible to not have,I have never bothered before particularly apart from the general frustration about not sleeping well at night until I now I can't get through a day without having to go for a sleep avery few hours wich I find far far more frustrating than not being able to sleep well at night.I'm curious is this your experience of insomnia or is it something else with you?Any advice?
