Hi, my name is JL and my boyfriend has a real problem sleeping with me in the bed. We have been together for six months and are completly in love. Everytime we try spending the night he tosses and turns all night and can't fall asleep.

He is normally a night owl, who sleeps all day and stays up late at night. I am trying hard to break him of this habit, but it's not easy. He also is a very light sleeper.

If anybody has this problem or knows anyway or anything that can help, please post a message to me.
