Steph and Wendy - Remeron has helped me a lot too. It got me feeling from 0% up to about 70% better. I've been taking 7.5 mg. for several months and am now wondering if I were to take 15 mg. if it would be get me feeling the other 30% better???? I also was on high doses of Elavil and Klonopin and getting off both was a nighmare. I suggest to Wendy that she try tapering off those two drugs before starting Remeron. Those two drugs only sedated me temporarily and then lost their effectiveness. Remeron has decreased my anxiety which has helped me to sleep better but not to sedate. Ellie
