Advice or experience of others where medication is concerned, is just that "our experience". We do not mean for you to handle your medication needs without talking to your physcian. We are not professionals here and can only be supportive and share. Sounds like you need to start with a certified sleep clinic, I asked my PCP to set an appointment up for me and I'm finally on the right road to good health & proper medication.
