My heart aches for you. You are telling my story. My nightmare has lasted 2 years. I am still tring various antidepressants to help my problem. Be ware of the the benzo's. Along my way I became addicted to Ativan. Just for sleep at first and then during the day for the anxiety. The withdrawal is hell. Talk to your doc about trying other things. Talk therapy also helps some...Good luck
