Yes! That is what I do, but I take a low dose - between 4 and 7.5 mg (I took 4 last night after going 4 nights without it) so my body is not dependent on it. I discussed this with my doctor and she said it was okay. I have no ill effect. In fact, at first I started with 30 mg and decided to quit. I did it cold turkey and didn't suffer and repercussions. However, I don't recommend this - I am just giving you my experience.
