That is my question also. I feel like I cant do anything anymore because I have to go to sleep at a certain time and get up at a certain time to avoid the insomnina. The sleep restriction has worked for me also but now that I am on summer vacation it is a little sad that I have to stay on this schedule so to speak!!!!!!
