Thanks for your encouragement - seems there's no easy way out. Am going back to the doc today to see if there's something else I can try to get out of this mess (although have already tried Remeron and Trazadone and couldn't tolerate their side effects). Maybe I should just continue towards my goal of being completely med free - I'll see what the doc says - wishing everyone peaceful nights.
