Lynne and Paul...You are definitely not alone. I too have the same problem adjusting to new places and routines. The insomnia always inevitably appears. Sometimes I really do believe it could possibly be a self fulfilling prophecy. Next time I travel I am going to approach it with a more open mind, and try to conquer those little heebie jeebie feelings inside about sleep or the lack of it. I am going to tell myself it is utterly ridiculous not to sleep. Hope it works! Hope
