Thanks! Congratulations on making it through the first week off meds! My first weeks was particularly nasty, and then mostly uphill from there. (some setbacks are to be expected).

Stick with it and always keep the reasons you decided to get off the medications in mind...Remind yourself when you are tempted to cheat why you quit taking them in the first place.
