Thanks for your reply.

I haven't taken anything for 4 nights now (which is very good for me!) and although it's taking me about 2 hours to fall asleep, and I wake up a lot (the eyemask seems to help!), I think it's worth it, as I don't want to depend on stuff forever.

I think your posts on here are very encouraging, so thanks. And I'm sure I speak for others when I say that, too.
