Knowing that there are many of us on this site that have experienced the same thing must come as some releif to you. Been there Guy and got the T shirt but still here to tell the story. At present I am sleeping fairly well, even though my Anxiety levels are very high. So much so that I have started to fear everyday things. But guess what, I am not on any meds, and i am not going to let it win. And there is your answer, start to live with it and accept it and gradually it will get easier and that I promise you my friend. Take care C (UK) (am I the only one in the UK by the way???)
