feeling drowsy

Posted by helen on August 12, 2002 at 02:55:21:

I know the rule is supposed to be that you should feel drowsy before getting back into bed. I rarely feel drowsy (except when I'm fighting to stay awake until my designated bedtime). So, I tend to pick an arbitrary time to try sleeping again eg., at the end of the third row of latch hooking. Sometimes I do sleep; other times I don't. What do others experience?
