Just read your second message. Do you have a therapist you can talk to? It might be helpful and also you might be able to get some advice on using medications when needed to break a bad cycle. Since you seem able to sleep naturally for long periods of time, maybe you would be able to use meds on an occasional basis to get you over the hump.
