Thankyou for your kind replies!
I tried upon my Dr's advice to double up the dose last night and 'kind of' made it till 6am with wake ups at 2am and 4am but kind of got back to sleep relatively soon!
I hope that it doesn't wear off again like the .25 dose of xanax and he asks me to try .75
etc etc!!
Also will be able to try more exercise soon as the summer hols (read vacation in US!!) are about to end in 3 weeks and for the first time in 7 yrs will hae 5 fullish days to myself, gym here I come! School is back in session.....
Keeping my fingers crossed it will work and hoping there will not be any side effects to the xanax.
Best from the West (California!)
Niki
