Rameron - lower dose=better sleep?

Posted by Lee G on August 13, 2002 at 09:29:15:

I live in England and here Rameron is called Zispin. Around 3 months ago I started suffering from bad insonmia and anxiety (mainly worring about not sleeping). I did not want to start taking sleeping pills and was given Prozac as the doctor thought I may have suffering from depression. I had the worst week of my life as the Prozac virtually stopped me sleeping for a week.

I went back and asked for an alternative and was given Zispin (Rameron). This started working on the first night and has greatly improved my sleep problems. I read on a previous message that Rameron is more effective for insomnia when taken at lower doses. Can anyone confirm this, because if so I will ask my doctor if I should reduce the dosage from 30mg to 15mg.
