Sounds like a fairy tale drug. Anything you do on a regular basis is addictive, not just drugs.

It is best to check with your doctor who knows what other meds you are on and your history. Some meds that are right for one person may be harmful to someone else due to other meds or conditions.

Best to try behavioral modification which can be guided by a insomnia specialist. They may use some medication in the beginning for a short period of time along with behavioral changes, etc. to get the best results.
