Hi A-B, :)
Good to see you being so actively supporting everyone in this forum. :)
I am not really into sleep restriction program. I go to bed at about the same time. Well normally I wouldn't be able to sleep until much later ..... needless to say. I wake up at an regular time too every morning. I never force myself to stay awake or stay in bed, no pressure is on me at all and I feel fine the next day without much sleep.
Whenever my mind or body was in a state of "instability" normally due to lack of sleep I will practice Qi Gong - mainly breathing exercise and replace my breakfast with water therapy .......... the sense of tranquility and comfort will normally come to me or at least I felt a lot better.
O dear ........ you are right ........ I was born early in the morning. No wonder I can never sleep a lot even before the insomnia. Interesting ...... :)
Take Care! :)
