Remeron + Sonata

Lots of good info. on them on internet. Definitely worth researching both. I experimented with combo's of both, periodilcally decreasing dosage until I reached my goal of med free. Went to bed last night at 11:30 and woke up feeling good at 6:00. Different strokes for different folks but worthy of consideration when searching for help.
I too went to Dr's about my sleep problem and depression and came to the conclusion that reading pros and cons regarding meds on the internet plus a dose of common sense was as good as the advice I was getting from the Dr's. No magic bullet, trial and error prevail.
