Hi AF, Like to know how and why this Insomnia started in the first place? What happened (big or small) just before it started? As in all my replies, the first step to getting rid of insomnia is accepting it. That's not to say that if you shout out loud 'I AM AN INSOMNIAC' it will go away!!! It wont. It's not quiet as easy as that. But when you go to bed and you are pre-empting a sleepless night then accept it, don't feed it with anger, there is nothing so certain to wake you up and keep you awake as a good rush of adrenalin??? This is not easy, and I can hear you saying now that you can never accept it, and rushing to the nearest tablet. But you can if you stop fighting it? Tell us more when you reply. BW Crusader
