Thats for the feedback to those who have. AJM, in answer to your question I think that Rameron acts as a sedative. The first time I took it I slept like a rock! Which was a great relief. I had quite bad dayime tiredness for the first couple of days but since then no side effects in 2 months of use.

I am unsure if I was suffering from depression, my problem was anxiety and insomnia. Obviously, the 3 are closely linked. I would recommend Rameron for anyone who is having long term insomnia. Sleeping tablets are not the answer in my opinion as they can become physically addictive. I have actually found Rameron to be more effective anyway.

For me and many other people no doubt insomnia is a psychological problem not a physical one. If I had gone to bed without worring about not sleeping there would not have been a problem. Rameron has helped me break the cycle. I have taken up Meditation which is a big help. If you can learn to empty the mind of negative and obsessive thoughts life and be much more fulfilling. It may sound corny but anyone can find inner peace if they are willing to work at it. I would advise buying a book on meditation. Unlike drugs it is not a quick fix but in the long term I think that the benefits make it very worthwhile. Good luck to everyone.
