Again you have given all the answers to your Temporary (yes temporary insomnia) in your posting. The stress of the customer and your move etc. You have immediately focused on your couple of bad nights (every one who is sensitive does) and built a mountain of anxiety over it. Ok you mention excercise? That is also a brilliant way of starting to cure the disrupted sleep patter, but not just a walk. Get to a gym and get your heartbeat up. I have been to the Gym in the past when I have gone 3-4 nights without any sleep (I am being truthful here) and when I was in the Army (the start of my probs) I once went a week without sleep, but still made myself go running. I live in the UK so appologies if my replies are a little late. Your insomnia will pass, I promise you, but for the time being if you have a bad night and wake early then reach out your thoughts to all over the world because there are thousands of us who have the same problems so be comforted by the fact that you are not alone. Stay calm. Do the breathing excercise. Put your tongue behind your front teeth. Breath in through the nose (mouth closed) for count of 4. Hold for count of 7 then breathe out slowly for count of 8. Repeat this 4 times to start with. Hope this helps a little. Thinking of you. Crusader.
