Valid point Bubba! I think, Neil, as to the scale of most vitamins/minerals between maintenance and therapeutic doses, somewhere in the middle is what I use. I try to cover most of the bases and couldn't imagine taking the upper limit of all of them. My one exception is folic acid(think the RDA is far too low)....esp. for women. Do you take a multi carotene or just beta? I've had good results with a multi caretenoid(sp.?). Also find VitB3 and B6 good for sleep with a calcium/magnesium/vitD combo. Lived in Vancouver for a year and loved it!
