Hi! A-B I totally agree with you. Moderation is one of the best policy in every aspect of our life. :)
Oh! So, you are vegetarian. I love to be one. However, I can't. I am pretty much an animal lover as well as an environmentalist. I was a vegetarian for 2 years. Because of my love to animals I am definitely not a big fan of meat. Reason why I can't live without a bit of meat is because of my insomnia. Somehow, it can make me sleep better. I don't think it is so much of the effect of seretonin cause I have tried to boost the neurotransmitter in my brain before, well it didn't do a thing but acne problem.
And also eating too little with low calorie during day time will make me stay fresh throughout the whole day including the night. Weird!!!??????
I do admire you as a vegetarian. :)
Every life on earth is so precious and valuable. And for those who respect the life on earth will have a long life cause they deserve it. Good on you A-B. May God bless your very soul. :)
Take Care!!! :)
