Thank you, Neil, for taking the time out to write such an informative post. I have really focused my attention on nutrition recently, and have considered several "diets" or, more specifically, "healthy programs of eating" such as the "yeast-free" diet and the low sugar one. I am a vegetarian (meaning I do not eat ANY meat...that includes no fish, turkey, beef, chicken, etc. but I DO eat dairy and eggs) and have been a vegetarian for 8 yrs. I do not take vitamins and I know that I need to but I get so confused about which vitamins to buy, which ones dissolve correctly once inside of you, which ones are a waste of money, etc. so I don't ever buy them at all now! Plus I am having insomnia so bad that I don't want to take any vitamins that will keep me more awake at night!! Also, I have stomach problems and some vitamins I have taken (even when I take them with food) seem to upset my stomach.

I do not have insurance so I do not have a family doctor to go to, but am trying to find a way around that to find a dr. who will really take a look at my symptoms, nutrition, and all around well being and treat me/advise me accordingly.

Thanks again for your advice.
