I'm very interested in this- actually spent a lot of time looking into this in the past few weeks. You mention that there are 7 causes of adrenal exhaustion- what are they?

Dr. Tintera in the 1960's wrote that to restore adrenals back to functioning that people follow an anti-hypoglycimic diet. He thought it was the "crash" in blood sugar (low blood sugar) an hour or so after eating short lived foods that caused the problem, and thus recommended a diet with eating every few hours, giving up sugar, caffeine, and things that hit the bloodstream too quickly (like pasteries, pasta, white bread).

He instead recommended eating mostly meat, fish, milk, and vegetables, with snacks like salted nuts and fruit in between (not a high-protein diet, rather a moderate protein diet).

Do you think this is a wise course to follow in addition to taking the supplements that you mention?

I'll try some of your suggestions- thanks.
