Since you do not eat meat and are not taking any vitamins, you may be becoming deficient in some of the B vitamins, many of which are found in meat. Some of the symptoms of B vitamin deficiency are insomnia and anxiety. Maybe a B supplement or even just a regular multivitamin would help you. I'm no expert, but I know that even mild vitamin deficiencies can wreak havoc with your body. Liz
