Hi, I am the youngest in the family and the only one who has this problem.

Like you, I have been very much affected. I find dating very difficult, and having a relationship even more difficult because then I don't have the peace I need to get ready for sleep. It has definitely affected my life.

The good side of it is that I have had a good look at myself. Also, it has forced me to life a very healthy lifestyle, i.e, the foods I eat, and the exercise, meditation, etc. Watching my thoughts, smiling even when I don't feel like it. When you are tired, it is all an uphill effort but I cannot afford to give in.

So many people don't understand and say hurtful, stupid things. But at least we can share here and find support and understanding.
