Hi paf, just a couple more thoughts for you: I learned transcendental meditation and used it during my most difficult time. After work, I would sometimes fall asleep while meditating. What I want to say is that meditation takes practice, like everything else in life. (You may already know.)

Secondly, our minds are incredible. I used to be the slave of my mind and react to negative thoughts that would drive me to panic. What ifs, etc. Please remember, they are just thoughts.

This does not downplay your suffering right now and I totally understand where you are at the moment. Have you ever done any deep breathing exercises? They are helpful as well. Just some thoughts. Please hang in there. heidi2
