Thanks h2! I have done deep breathing, and try to incorporate it into my routine daily. I have also done breathing seminars, etc.
I have a hard time concentrating on meditation, and like I mentioned, get frustrated. You are right--it is something that takes practice and I will try it again. Wish me luck. I am leaving the ambien at work again today.
