I have tried hypnosis. It's very good for relaxation and it has helped my insomnia a lot, but it's no miracle cure. I went to a hypnotist 6 months ago for 3 sessions and she taped the sessions. I listen to a tape almost every day and it really helps me to relax and be more optimistic. It is especially helpful for me to listen to a tape during the day after a tough night, because its like a mini-nap and really refreshes me. Liz
